  1. VIRSHETÉ offers complimentary shipping to all of India, and to most international destinations in line with regulations.

  2. Orders within India are fulfilled within 7-14 business days; international orders are fulfilled within 14-21 business days. Please note, delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control.
     

  3. All product prices indicated are inclusive of any costs and taxes that may apply.
     

  4. You may not order more than 1 unit of any single product.
     

  5. In accordance with our sustainability objectives, all products on this website are made-to-order.
    Also, we understand that each of us is unique and standard sizes might not always be the perfect fit for everyone. You may provide your measurements at check-out for a more personalised fit, so long as they’re within the size range offering - please refer to the Size Guide on the product's page.

     

  6. If you have any special requests or instructions, please make a note at check-out and a member of our team will contact you if required. For custom orders, please contact us here.

  8. Once having placed your order by submitting your Order Request, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail. Upon review and acceptance of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a link that you can then use to track the status of your order and shipment.
     

  9. You may change the delivery address of your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, a change of address and thereby a refund request might not be accepted.
     

  10. Our logistics partner will contact you to co-ordinate the delivery of your order. The number of delivery attempts made is at their discretion.
     

  11. VIRSHETÉ insures each shipment from dispatch to delivery, after which the responsibility transfers to the recipient.

     

  12. For international orders, import duties may apply depending on your country. VIRSHETÉ does not collect or add this to the product prices indicated on this website. As the recipient, you are liable to clear this in order to release your shipment from customs in your country, and in which case our logistics partner will contact you with the relevant information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
EXCHANGES & RETURNS

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, or wish to return a product for store credit or a refund, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery.
     

  2. Exchanges and returns within India are complimentary. For international exchanges and returns, please see clause 10.
     

  3. To raise an Exchange/Return Request, click here. We will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, schedule a suitable collection time for our logistics partner to pick-up any products being exchanged or returned within 3 business days from the date that you raise the Exchange/Return Request. Please do not make any exchange or return shipments before hearing from us.
     

  4. Any products being exchanged or returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. They should not have been used or worn (except for the purpose of trying on), washed or damaged, should still contain all labels and tags, and should be retuned in their original packaging.
     

  5.  Products that do not meet the required quality control standards will be sent back.
     

  6. You may not exchange or return sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, products that are deemed unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as innerwear, products made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, or products which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. If a product does not qualify for an exchange or return, the same will be mentioned on the product's page.

     

  7. In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery by contacting us here. We will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, schedule a suitable collection time for our logistics partner to pick-up any products being exchanged or returned due to error on our part. Please do not dispatch any exchange or return shipments before hearing from us.
     
  8. For returns, you may either opt for store credit, which allows you to shop on www.virshete.com for the same amount, or for a full refund.
     

  9. Refunds are credited to the same account used to make the purchase. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
     

  10. For international orders, we only accept exchanges and returns in the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product. In this case, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery by contacting us here. We will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, you may opt for any one of the following options:

Order Contract

5. VIRSHETÉ may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that we have not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. All orders placed with us are subject to the availability of such products. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may exchange a product for a different size, or cancel your contract with VIRSHETÉ by returning products purchased on www.virshete.com for store credit or a full refund, without any penalty and without specifying any reason. To do so, you must raise an Exchange/Return Request within 7 days from the date of delivery by writing to us here.

2. Once received, we will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, schedule a suitable collection time for our authorised logistics partner to pick-up any products being exchanged or returned. Please do not make any exchange or return shipments before hearing from us. VIRSHETÉ will not be responsible, liable or obligated in such cases or in the case of shipments made using unauthorised logistics vendors, and reserves the right to reject your Exchange/Return Request.

3. Any products being exchanged or returned should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; should still contain all attached identification labels and tags, should be retuned in their original packaging, and should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Any gifts accompanying your order must also comply with the aforementioned and be returned. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, or if the product code, any if applicable, does not match with VIRSHETÉ’s records, or if VIRSHETÉ is satisfied that the product has been rendered defective or unusable, VIRSHETÉ reserves the right to reject your Exchange/Return Request.

 

4. If you raise the Exchange/Return Request within 7 days from the date of delivery to you, and return the products in the same condition in which they were received using an authorised logistics partner, we will process any refund due to you, or store credit as may be applicable, as soon as the products being returned have been received by us and have successfully passed all quality control checks. VIRSHETÉ will refund the price of the products being returned in full, or store credit as may be applicable, within 10 business days from the day that the products being returned have been received by us.

 

5. Exchanges and returns within India are free of cost. For international orders, we only accept exchanges and returns in the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, and for which you will be required to provide evidence, such as pictures for example. In this case, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery by contacting us here. We will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, you may opt for any one of the following options:


a. Have a new piece of the same product delivered to you in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy.
b. Store credit, which allows you to shop for the same amount on www.virshete.com.
c. A full refund credited to the same account used to make the purchase. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Errors

 

1. We will review and follow-up on your request, and upon acceptance, schedule a suitable collection time for our logistics partner to pick-up any products being exchanged or returned due to error on our part, and bear any costs associated with such cases. Please do not dispatch any exchange or return shipments before hearing from us. VIRSHETÉ will not be responsible, liable or obligated in such cases or in the case of shipments made using unauthorised logistics vendors, and reserves the right to reject your Exchange/Return Request.

 

2. Any products being exchanged or returned due to error on our part should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; should still contain all attached identification labels and tags, should be retuned in their original packaging, and should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Any gifts accompanying your order must also comply with the aforementioned and be returned. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. VIRSHETÉ will examine all products being returned as incorrect, damaged or defective and will confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the incorrect, damaged or defective products within 7 business days from the date that we receive the products being returned. Subject to acceptance by VIRSHETÉ of the incorrect, damaged or defective products, VIRSHETÉ will refund the price of the products being returned in full, or store credit as may be applicable, within 10 business days from the date that the products being returned have been received by us. In the event that VIRSHETÉ finds no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the products re-delivered to you at your expense. If you do not accept re-delivery, VIRSHETÉ reserve the right to retain the products and the purchase price, and recover any fees and expenses incurred from you.

 

4. If the recipient of the products indicated in the Order Request is different from the individual who made the payment for the products, the amount paid for products being returned will be refunded by VIRSHETÉ to the individual’s account used to make the payment, or the account indicated in the Exchange/Return Request, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit, and consequently you shall not suffer currency exchange or interest losses.

 

5. Upon acceptance, VIRSHETÉ will refund the price of the products being returned within 10 business days from the date the products being retuned are received by us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIRSHETÉ will not be responsible or liable for any delay of any kind that is beyond its control, including but not limited to delays caused by the payment method used to process your purchase or refund, or by our logistics partners.

 

Liability

 

VIRSHETÉ will not be responsible or liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this contract, even if VIRSHETÉ has been informed in advance.

 

Governing Law

 

The Terms & Conditions of Sale outlined in this agreement, along with any applicable contractual obligations outlined on this Legal page between VIRSHETÉ and its consumers, are governed by Indian law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
